E6600 Cpu & DDr2 5400 - Motherboard Choice?

I have a E6600 Cpu & Corsair DDR2 XMS2 5400 memory. I am currently using a AGP
GeForce 6800 video card and want to upgrade my system but use the CPU & 5400 memory.
Planning on getting a 3870 or 9600Gt video card.

You have a price range in mind? Best bet would be a good P35 or X38 board.
 
I would look into an Abit IP-35e best bang for the buck IMO. I bought mine for $80 :toast:
 
Gigabyte P35-DS3l also is a great board, trying to get my hands on one right now. 90$ at newegg, cant go wrong.
