EK Water Blocks now offers complete water cooling solution for both NVIDIA Quadro K5000 series graphics- as well as NVIDIA Tesla K20 series computing cards thus completing the offer for this high-end workstation platform. EK Water Blocks' versatile and fully flexible solution allows for virtually any NVIDIA Maximus configuration to be used and expanded when necessary.





EK-FCTK20 is a high performance full-cover water block for NVIDIA Tesla K20/K20x series professional computing cards. This water block directly cools the GPU, RAM as well as VRM (voltage regulation module) as water flows directly over these critical areas thus allowing the computing card and it's VRM to remain 100% stable under any given workload. EK-FCTK20 water block also features a high flow design therefore it can be easily used in liquid cooling systems using weaker water pumps.

Base is made of C110 grade electrolytic copper while the top is made of laser cut stainless steel metal plate which also serves as a I/O bracket. The sealing is performed by quality NBR rubber washers. Screw-in brass standoffs are pre-installed and allow for safe, painless installation procedure. Each EK-FCTK20 water block is - just like any EK Water Blocks product - factory pressure tested and comes with 1g packaging of Arctic Cooling MX-2 thermal grease (TIM).

EK-FCTK20 comes with the MSRP of 119.95€ (incl. VAT) and will be available for purchase through EK Webshop and Partner Reseller Network on Thursday, March 28th 2013. Pre-orders are already possible.

Do a lot of people buy Tesla k20 cards and then want to water cool them?

After all it does cost more then 80% of peoples very high end gaming machines that have 2 to 4 gaming cards in them... even 3 Titans cost less.

Just wondering who is the market for this product? because I know who the market is for the Tesla but they generally don't even know they are in there...lol let alone customizing them with water blocks.
 
Ya but they come "pre-configured" that way, general assembled long before they ever get to location. This would be for converting systems that are already in place, but why? I guess if a system isn't running up to par and they want to keep it cooler?

Just seems like a product EK would have contracted to people building system that a Tesla would be in already.

Not all customers are large OEMs, and desktop GPGPU "supercomputers" are becoming increasingly cost effective. This one is running four HD 7990's for example:

sorry but it just isn't on topic... we are talking bout Tesla's not 7990s... 7990s = gaming... Tesla = work.... good luck gaming on a Tesla, $3500 brick

and I am just wondering who these are marketed too... I am not trying to play this out as I think you guys think I am.

a Tesla is $3500, I don't see them in any rigs, even and big workstations are not normally water cooled, yes some are but the few that are come that way.
 
Who says that only Tesla can be used for work? We all know that HD7900 cards have a huge computation power. Do you think Tesla is some wonder child made completely differently? It's just a tweaked regular graphic card.

Many system builders provide both.
For example, Boxxtech's base (such as they are) models are air cooled, but can be configured by the customer to include liquid cooling.
Xi use off the shelf chassis that accommodate air or liquid, as does Microway.
