elder scrolls online error eso.exe not responding and it wont even load on launch

hi, i keep having an error on elder scrolls online, and every time i press play and then it freezes up and says error eso.exe application is not responding, and wont load, my system spec's are.

amd A4-5300 3.0 ghz dual core cpu.

8 gb ddr3 1600mhz ram

gtx 560 ti

windows 8.1.

please i need help to play this game.

and btw i have the latest geforce graphic's card driver installed, and when i double click the eso icon on my desktop and open the screen up it loads up then i press the play button and it loads a black screen and freezes up, and i found out that it says its eso.exe applicaion not responding with window's.

Did u try to reinstall game?

A generic error like that could mean one of many things. You'd only have a chance to narrow it down, by looking at your Event Log viewer.

Other than the a-typical checks, such as graphics driver, Direct X, sound drivers etc,; I'd think it may be related to Windows 8.

-Have you tried running in compatibility mode for Windows 7?
-File integrity check (think ESO launcher has one?)
-Discuss it on ESO forums?
