ERROR: INVOCATION OF THE CONSTRUCTOR ON TYPE...

Used nvcleaninstall for a couple months now and im having a problem. I am trying to download driver v 531.41 for win 11 and its failing with an error: The invocation of the constructor on type'_sght6jjlx.... ive used ddu to clean install like usual and never had a problem now for some reason its doing this. ive seen other post that said something about changing region from ' to . , but win 11 doesnt have that option. I have also updated windows, found my 3070 gpu, reinstalled it and tried to run clean install but it is still coming up with the same error. Anybody having the same issue?

Hi, tried updating drivers to the latest driver and I'm getting this error and warning: I guess the error appears because of Windows blocking stuff...is this a false positive?
