Error running M&B Warband

So when I tried to run M&B, I got the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.".

I'm using a Lenovo laptop that runs on Windows 8.1
CPU i5-4200m
GPU Intel HD 4600
RAM 4GB
