What if I can borrow a Gpu from a friend would it be easier or is that way better option

It might show up, probably won’t; but it’s worth a try. That card doesn’t have a switch.

Googling and doing any of the leg work.

or downloading nvflash, downloading the bios, opening the command prompt, using -6, hitting Y, hitting enter, reinstalling the drivers.

and finally never updating the thread.

all very standard procedure

You have an iGPU you could run display off of.

I’ve tried that but then once I plug the gpu in everything stop working, I set it in my bios to run off igpu

These are the files for the card: 3881 is the clue due to the pn.

Product description

The way to flash the card:
.

Try cycling the monitor, switch vid ports on gpu, different cable. If after flashing and all those suggestions fail or if flash fails, the card most likely has a hardware fault and it's dead jim, and at that point I suggest a brand new in Box Radeon RX 7800XT, RX Radeon 7900 GRE, or Radeon RX 7900XT.
