I know the sound is not coming from the computer as I had no sound cable plugged in, it just seems that every time I move my mouse it makes a static sound, while when it is stationary it does not move, I have tried it on two windows 10 PCs, and the noise still consists! it is annoying to try and play games and have static being blasted at me when I try to move my mouse, any tips on how to fix this problem?

Buy a new mouse - preferably one from a reputable brand. Not chinese made unknown brand junk

Could try adding a ferrite choke.

And are you sure the noise is coming out of the mouse itself? Even when the mouse is just sitting there and you are not moving it? That's a new on on me.

I would say try a different USB port but you tried two different computers, so it is not the port.

Since this noise happens when you are not touching or moving the mouse, I am going to assume the noise is coming from a faulty component in the LED circuitry inside the mouse. Oddly, I cannot find any warranty information on this keyboard/mouse set - though I did not look beyond Amazon and Newegg. But I recommend you contact the company for an RMA. If no help from them, try the retailer you bought it from. Good luck.
