Exist DDR2 4gb RAM X1 Slot of memory

I want to make a second setup for ofiice and I search a gpu for lga 775 ( more exactly Foxconn G43MX) and it said it have about max capacity of 8 GB , but he have 2 slots . I search on Ebay or OLX and other (like eMag , PC garage) and finaly I don't find anything about 4x1 DDR2 RAM . Can you help me or explain ?

I don't think you'll find anyone selling a single DIMM these days though.
That said, it seems like a kit if four is cheaper.
