It would be nice to have a repository of cases that are confirmed compatible with back connector motherboards instead of having to guess/experiment. I can confirm that the JONSBO TK-1 case is compatible with the MSI B650 Project Zero motherboard.

I like this case, sadly it’s 28mm max GPU.

Likely the only negative for some folks. It accepts a huge cooler height...158mm Noctua NH-P1 here. This is a semi-passive build with the 8700G.

I agree - the form factor has to be standardised. Until then, it's a wild guess. :(

Where did you get an 8700G from?

I bet they dont move m.2 to the back which would be the bigger gain than the cables. Would allow readding pcie slots and make m.2 maintenance so much easier.

I think what they will do as it will sell more cases and boards, is stagger it.

So 1.0 will be some cables at back.
1.1 will be more at back.
1.2 will be m.2 at back.

Doing it this way encourages people to buy new boards and cases just to get the evolution.

8700G is the only missing component...drops in 6 days. ;)

I would like to see various cases and differing motherboards used that have been verified by users. Surely I am not the first to use one of these motherboards.

A new JONSBO case to be released next month that is back connector mb ready... https://www.newegg.com/p/2AM-006A-000E7 For you Phil_Frenchy! :toast:

Damn, what a deal if you like the case... https://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails?ItemList=Combo.4593375

Corsair also has one I think? I think most cases go by BTF in their name.

"BTF" was coined by ASUS or Gigabyte...forget which one. Nothing much standardized at this point.

LOL that's dangerously close to BTFO I can hear the internet meme engine starting up...

It looks just like my Corsair 280X. Glass front panel, stay away from it. :fear:
Those 2500 series can be had with either glass or full mesh...even the back panel is mesh.

Only recently announced "O11 Vision Back Connect".
O11 VISION BACK CONNECT
This variant of the O11 VISION supports motherboards with back connectors. The O11 VISION BACK CONNECT caters to back-connected ATX and M-ATX motherboards while retaining its pillar-less frame and support for regular motherboards. Notable changes include a fixed motherboard tray and support for two 120 mm fans at the rear, eliminating the 240 mm radiator option, and non-tinted tempered glass panels for a clear view inside the case. The O11 VISION BACK CONNECT MSRP is expected to be $129.99.

¡Hola! Has usado una PSU SFX? Gracias!

Hello! God, I recently built my own White PC with this Jonsbo TK-1 tower. I never thought this board was compatible! Could you send a photo of the back? I think that with an ATX PSU, even a small one like the Corsair RMe, it is not compatible with the cables below your motherboard. Have you used an SFX PSU? Thank you!
