Awesome they have embraced Bittorrent :D

EA can go blow a goat with their distribution methods.

I'm impressed with the demo. Although, I could see how the environments could get pretty repetitive kind of like how Doom 3 was. The game's graphics kick my computer's ass though. There are some pretty cool options like soft shadowing and volumetric lights that make it look a lot better, but they take a lot of power to run.

That "slow motion/the matrix effect" is really, really cool even if it has been done over and over in many games. The animations and graphics look awesome when you're in a fire fight with that slow motion effect.

My athlon xp 2.2gHz, 9700, 1GB ram was chugging with the auto-detect settings and 1024x768 res. With the graphics settings on mostly medium and the special effect stuff (soft shadows, volume lights) off, I'd say it looks better than far cry's indoor scenes but not as good as Doom 3. But if I turned up the graphic settings, I think some aspects look better than Doom 3, especially with the soft shadowing.
