I know it's kind of a dumb question but my main computer means everything to me and it cost me a lot of money that I can't just afford to replace.

Is it safe to fold on my CPU and GPU?

This is my graphics card:
SPARKLE 700022 (CALIBRE -- GTX670) GeForce GTX 670...

I'm using the i7-4770K on the stock cooler

How many PPD do you think I'll get?
Thanks!

Well, the stock cooler was insufficient, I got to ridiculous CPU temps within about 30 seconds.
What's a good priced, quiet cooler that will fit in the Silverstone PS07B?

It's safe.
It will tell you in a hurry if an overclock is stable or not.
Expect much more heat from CPU & GPU.
Your electric bill will increase.
You will need quality cooling.
You need an aggressive fan curve on GPU.
After running the first 10 projects you will get better point results but it is random what is assigned.
Running a CPU and GPU, single instance of each, you should expect 20,000 - 30,000+ points in a 24hr period.

A Xigmatek Gaia will fit fine in that case and will be a large improvement over stock. Uses a very good mounting solution too (solid + easy) ;)

It should be relatively safe if the components don't run near their thermal thresholds.

I would suggest running F@H on the GPU and World Community Grid (via BOINC) on the CPU. You need to sign up for a passkey and configure the client to accept beta WUs, and then run 10 WUs before you actually get the beta WUs where the points are at. PPD should be about the same as my GTX 660Ti, ~24K on normal WUs and ~55-60K on betas. My 660Ti boosts to 1228MHz core and has 1344 shaders of course.

Thanks, I'm running fan speed of graphics card at 69% and it's hovering at 74C... good?

About the CPU cooler, I need something smaller and less stressful on the motherboard.
