Far Cry 6 resolution problem

Can not change resolution lower than native 3440x1440 why is that ? There is no option to change it. I tried windowed mode but still there are no option for other lower resolutions. Maybe someone has observed a similar problem?

It has been an issue since last year or so as far as I can read on Reddit.

It can be fixed by hex editing the FC_m64d3d12.dll or there is edited files avalible depending on if you are Ubisoft or Ubisoft+ user.
