feature request: PerfCap reason colors in Tooltip.

i'd like the PerfCap reason Tooltip to also express which Color cooresponds to which one. i tend to forget between times i need this information, and particularly when you're trying to get information out of other People, asking them to hover the Graph and actually Read and interpret it tends to be like asking for Brain Surgery.
if the Tooltip reminded me of the Colors, i can just Read their Graph myself.
