Hello, I have just built my first PC and success, it boots into BIOS so I got at least something right. Then I set the boot order to USB where I had a bootable copy of Windows 10 installation, and rebooted, selected boot menu just to be sure but when I tried to boot off the usb, I got the error:

When I tried to boot from the USB on my other computer it launched fine. So I'm not sure what about this motherboard is preventing it from booting. Please help. I can't install windows otherwise.
These are the components. Thanks!

You used a USB bootloader like RUFUS etc... you must add the certificate or disable Secure Boot/Other OS for installation, after you can turn it on.

That worked, thank you! Partly.
It did bypass that error message but when I tried to launch the boot program I got another error:

My other computer didn't have this issue either. I looked through the BIOS and the only thing I could find referrencing whatever UEFI was, was this "BIOS mode" setting. So I tried to change it to "CSM" whatever that is, but I still got the same error.

These pics are more references I found to UEFI, listing the EFI drivers...

Thanks!

Then you made a bad USB OS install disk...
I use VENTOY for any machine, Legacy or EFI boot with Legacy OS images and modern UEFI OS images
Some times depending on the machine "taste" for USB drive models, i have to use RUFUS, besides that any EFI machine with SB off/Other OS setting, will install correctly.

Not sure I understand? That boot USB has worked fine for years and it still works fine on my other computer. How is it bad? I also don't understand the entire second sentence LOL

For years... damm sir, that's quite odd in TI world unless its used always on same machine.
I mean the data on the USB boot disk is corrupted or the image build can be old/corrupted.
I see you have boot mode selected to Legacy+UEFI, then set it to PURE UEFI and if the OS boot image still doesn't load from the VENTOY USB... you'll know what i meant.
There's no margin here... machines are stupid, the error is always human!!!

Yeah it's the windows 10 boot USB I've been using since like 2015 lol, on a few computers. Still loads fine on my other computer. I tried it on both BIOS setting, neither works. Are you suggesting I try a different USB boot program? I've always used Rufus or the one with the penguin. I guess I'll try different ones.

Well I tried making a new boot stick and the program kept experiencing critical failure and literally destroying my USB sticks so they could not even be recognized or accessed by the machine. Used this program lots in the past but this time it destroyed all 4 of my USB sticks and now I have to go buy more. WTF.

Looks like I eventually got everything sorted after 10 days of complications lol. thanks for your help
