Hey guys, I need some help getting my PC to boot up for the first time. I have finally finished setting everything up, and when I press the power, all LEDs and fans turn on. The CPU light flashed red and stopped, but I am currently stuck on a solid yellow DRAM light. I waited ~20 min and still just a yellow light, so I tried reseating the RAM and waiting again but still just the light. I then tried 1 stick of ram in the A2 slot and it POSTed, but then I tried 2 again and it did not work. Now not even 1 stick of RAM works. Can anyone provide me with a list of things I can try?
Here are my parts:
CPU: Intel i7 13700k
Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer 360 Rev II
Mobo: Asus ROG STRIX Z790-H
RAM: TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta 32 GB (2x16) DDR5-6000
Storage: TEAMGROUP MP44L 2 TB
GPU: 7900 XT
Case: Corsair 5000D Airflow
PSU: Corsair RM1000x 2023

You need to triple check your power cables. Make sure you connected all the cable to motherboard, and any extra your graphics card requires.

You may have to take everything out of the case and assemble the computer on a large, unfinished bread/cutting board to see if it boots there. If it does, inspect the case and verify only the necessary standoffs have been installed in the correct places before reassembling back inside the case.

A common mistake by the less experienced and distracted pros alike is to insert one or more extra standoff in the case under the motherboard. Any extra standoff creates the potential for an electrical “short” in one or more circuits. The results range from "nothing" (everything works perfectly) to odd problems, to "nothing" (as in nothing works at all :(). To add to the confusion, these issues may be intermittent, depending on heat, expansion/contraction of materials, as well as continuity/resistance through the contact point. Therefore, you need to ensure the case only has an inserted standoff where there is a corresponding motherboard mounting hole.

Note the latest version of the ATX Form Factor standard hopes to eliminate these issues by dictating where standoffs will go, not just where they may go. But not all existing boards or cases comply with those latest standards - yet. So, you still should verify you only inserted a standoff where there is a corresponding motherboard mounting hole.

It's a memory issue for sure.
Sounds like you know the appropriate slotsA2/B2.

You can try
Clear cmos.
Bios update.
Reseat cpu. Not the cooler, the cpu as well. While removed clean contact pads with 90% isopropyl alcohol.
Another set of memory. I have a set of 6000 Z5 that refuses to work properly in a Z790 Hero. Works fine on B660-G though.
