(FIXED) RX 580 XFX GTS XXX 8GB at 1100 MHZ instead of its default 1257 mhz clock speed

Hello guys can somone tell me whats the problem with my rx 580? it is defaulted to 1100 mhz clock instead of 1257 mhz
my specs MSI B350M GAMING PRO motherboard
AMD RYZEN 5 2400G
16GB OF CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR4 3200MHZ RAM
Samsung SATA ssd 256gb
500GB NVME SSD from Gigabyte

DO you have any GPU tuning software installed E G afterburner? Post a screenshot of GPU-Z when running a GPU intensive benchmark. What GPU driver are you using?
 
This isn't the 3rd party software, it's a mining BIOS which is plain obvious due to VRAM speed. 2120 MHz is very odd despite being even.

Find the original BIOS file and flash it. NB: you MUST have a backup GPU for that to be safe.

I think your card has a bios switch. Did you move the switch to the mining bios?

Its seems to be a valid mining bios from XFX themselves.

When changing the bios switch to the other position, this bios will be likely loaded.

i moved the switch to the gaming one and its still on 1100 mhz

i even tried flashing it maybe i did something wrong,what flashing tool do i need?

Are you the first owner of this card?

If it worked normally before did you try to move the switch back and forward a couple of times? Could be the switch is no longer making proper contact internally.
Otherwise it could be both bios switch position contains a mining bios....

What did you use? AMDVBFlash 2.93? Can you share the part number on the card itself?

Thanks man i used vbflash 3.31 it restored my gpu to its default clock 1386 mhz now i dont get artifacts or any driver crashes anymore thx so much you all!
