Flickering shadows in games.

I have some flickering lights problem in games, currently I only experienced it in The Witcher 3 and Horizon Zero Dawn since they're the only games I played.
TW3 : https://streamable.com/6dv7f5
HZD : https://streamable.com/8ytxbi https://streamable.com/vk95fy
Also there's some weird spots :
It only happens in certain angles and couple of places.
Also when I try playing TW3 using dx12 and turn on ray tracing the flickering is gone but those weird shadows (black dots) are there.
I'd like to know whether it's a game problem or hardware since I only recently got it. Thanks in advance.

I'm inclined to think it's software-related (games, drivers, OS). Happens in WoW sometimes, too, on different cards. Using AF 16x seems to decrease the effects.

Should I try forcing AF through Nvidia Control Panel?
Edit : Nope still there.

In The Witcher I play in DX11 no Image-scaling in there. Like I said it only goes when I try using DX12 and turning Ray Tracing ON.
For HZD no matter what setting I try it still there.

What are your system specs, which drivers are you using?

Try running some nVidia demos and see what happens. I'm guessing you have the latest drivers: v536.99.
I'll try it but it's gonna take a bit to download.
It's really weird since it only happens in some places, TW3 did it in 3 or 4 places while HZD only did it when I went inside a cave/ruin (for now).

I tried it and noticed a weird unclear image, not sure how to describe it since English isn't my first language, but I tried watching the same demo on YouTube and it was clearer.

It is using DLSS, so that may be the issue. Press "F1" during demo and you'll see some details.

That effect is noticable for you from the video I uploaded?
I didn't notice anything unclear. Seems to be OK. Besides, the upload is only 720p, but seems alright.
I guess it depends on the resolution. If someone ran the demo at 4K or 1440p, it would look better.
It's a locked version of the demo, from what I read - can't adjust settings. It could default to lower settings, depending on hardware.

Yes I have 1080p monitor so it maybe unclear compared to 4K and 1440p.
What about the other two videos?

New stuff I just noticed, not sure if they're normal or not
Some could be VRAM limitations - card has only 8 GB.
You could try DDU to reinstall graphics driver. Also, make sure the games have the latest patches / updates applied.

Complete list of Issues

If you test something that's broken you will see issues.

Run witcher in DX11 and see if you still have issues. If not, then it's DX12 port issue.

I play the witcher on DX11 and still experience it.

So a weird thing just happened that I've never had before my screen flickered in the top of monitor (outside of games) for a sec or two, it happended two times now but I can't replicate it at all
