Fluctuating FB usage at Idle GPU

FB usage is the frame buffer usage.
At OP... the Frame Buffer usage looks normal for idle... However, you put the circle around the VID usage.
Frame Buffer (FB) usage is above the circled VID usage.
Those values are measured in percentage.
