as you all know vsync doesn't work here and if you have a low 60hz refresh monitor the following behavior occurs:
1 in fullscreen mode there is some lag
2 in borderless fullscreen mode no lag but there is screen tearing and the fps exceeds 60 in some cases.
3 using the game's built-in framerate lock doesn't do any good.
simple solution is to use rtss scanline sync in fulscreen.
it removes screen tearing, lock framerate at 60 and everything looks smooth without a hitch.
cpu also seems to thank me because usage is slightly lower on my old system.
I haven't investigated whether framerate limit in the Nvidia cp does the same.
game is now perfectly playable at 60fps on rtx 4060 oc all maxed with path tracing, ray reconstruction, etc at 1440p dlls performance or 1080p dlss quality.
