Foxconn drops the iPod case.

Hongfujin Precision Industry, a wholly-owned Foxconn subsidiary, has officially dropped the lawsuit and asset-freezing of the two Chinese reporters who published an article about the bad conditions in one of their factories. Foxconn and China Business News have apologized to each other, and have agreed to co-operate and work towards protecting workers rights.

if it is fact what the paper reported then it is right that they reported it, for far too long Western companies have been exsploiting sweatshop labour then making massive proffits off the produced goods, in my opinion the newsagency reporter and editor should receive awards for bringing the issue into public knowledge and they certainly deserve to be applogised to, foxconn on the other hand deserve to be counter sued for freezing these peoples assest, thats big business abusing its power.
