Hey Guyz, just wanted to ask, what do yall think about the Foxconn Mars P35 mobo, i read alot of reviws and heard alot of good stuff about this board, and one other thing do you think its better than my current Gigabyte P35-DS3L (which is great by the way), appreciate ur help....

Thanxx

I would stick with the gigabyte. Why do you want to change ?

well, no big reason, but i saw the foxconn's O/C capabilities and wow, also its sli ready (which by the way i dont have in my gigabyte), and im thinking of getting a second 8800GT soon....

You`re kind of limited in your choices if you want sli...that might change the equation

hey guyz, i really need some help here, what do you really think of the Foxconn MARS, is it worth it or not??? i mean compared to the Gigabyte P35-DS3L, iz it better or not..

thanxx

the MARS uses P35, so NO SLi what so ever.

However, I LOVE!!!! my MARS, it's awesome :D

Looking into this myself the past few days...this board is soon becoming out of stock.

Only 2 places listed in google shopping, and Im not too sure I would pay ~$275USD for a mobo from a place I had never heard of!

What demands does your computer have that you need to jump from one p35 chipset to another?

It`s Xfire , not sli man.

If your gonna dual boot in the future then swap the gigabyte with the foxconn mars. Gigabyte boards performs like a broken mobo from dell when it comes to dual booting. And I've heard someone in Xtremesystems Forums got to 550 MHz "AIR"!!! on a foxconn mars.
