Anyone know what registry entries would control whether Frame Pacing is on or off?
I am trying to do this without CCC installed

To the best of my knowledge, CCC doesnt use the registry for profiles, it would be too big.

It uses an xml file.

Yes, definitely uses xml files however Windows has a registry entry(ies) for graphics adapters and as soon as you install drivers and CCC, it will update and populate those entries with more data.
This way certain driver level settings are retained and used whether CCC application/services are running or not.

Maybe in this case though it is profile related. I'll go sift through the xml files.
