Is there such a thing? Am aware of Sketchup, but that is web only for the free version, and that is a no go. 2D would work, but would prefer 3D.

SweetHome 3D? Freeware w/ offline installer is available on official website. Paid version is on MS store, and only features more models/textures.

thats nuts about sketchup, last time i checked (a while ago) they still have a free version of 2018, my buddy did his house plans in it...

have you tried librecad?

freecad might be a better option...

Then FreeCAD is the way to go. It's quite universal and flexible open source software.

I was under the impression it only did 2D; must've been thinking about LibreCAD. Will look up.
