I've heard good things about both of these boards but whitch should I get?

Max mobo budget is 110$ if you can find better

my max budget is 250$ for everything(I have 275$ the rest is for shipping)

Well, if you were still considering Crossfire in the future, then neither. They both sport only 1 PCI-e x16 slot.

Naw im good, I dont think I will ever do crossfire,I just ordered the Gigabyte P35 tho so I could get some really good fans and Mx-2 thermal compound.

The 965 chipset still outperforms the 35 when overclocked. But it runs hot like a oven.

I have a 965P-S3 here at work with a E6400 running 3.2Ghz, and since the temps are down I was gonna clock it up more.
