Hi everyone

Is this a v-ram failure or v-bios issue?

horizonal green lines appear on screen from begining of windows loading and moves or blinks with content of desktop.

Gainward 3060ti - 8gig

PC runs smoothly with another 3060ti card.

Very similar to attached Gpu-z screenshot (This one is working fine)

Replace the card

Looks like V-ram failure. But you could use MSI afterburner and try downclocking the ram by 20-50mhz and seeing if this changes anything. Unfortunately Its only down hill from here for that card. Downclocking might get you another 6-12months with it but its impossible to predict exactly how long you have left.

I would downclock and if it still runs fine then I would ride it out till either the 9070 drops in price or the 9060 comes out. RTX5060 is coming out very soon so we'll also get to see where that falls.
