Galax 4070 Ti Super fan running at 100% speed

My new GPU’s middle fan is running at full speed, and I can’t get any display from the GPU. I only get a display when I plug the DP cable into the motherboard. Also I can't see the fan speed in any program except GPU-Z

GPU: Galax 4070Ti Super SG

Some methoda i’ve tried:
I uninstalled the drivers with DDU and reinstalled them.
I updated the BIOS.
I uninstalled the drivers with DDU and tried installing older drivers.

Hi, check if your GPU has a software for setting/monitoring the fan speed. Most GPU have it.

My GigaByte RTX 4070 Ti Super has one called Gigabyte Control center.
