so i have a really weird issue with my controller i received 2 days ago, it looks fine in all tests and other games but when it comes to this specific game (cricket 24), it just act weird when going for aerial root (extra cover) shot direction when moving the Left Stick in perpendicular angle. Though it's fine with direct input mode

Here is the video (look at the top right field radar) :

Where is the controller at?

this is the controller, it's a local branded budget gamepad.

i bought it from amazon. here is the product page link :

i don't exactly get what you're asking but i am using it on my pc, just to be clear.

If it never works right out of the box it will probably never work. Sorry, there is a reason most users here stick to official xbox or playstation controllers with almost zero remaining interest outside of them. We've tried... a lot of controllers over the years. Maintain hope, but there is a lowered chance of after sale community support winning the day here.

Zebronics is fairly well established for the same qualities as any other budget brand that makes a wide range of products. Sometimes great, often middle ground due to lacking something, and at times frustratingly has one flaw that makes it impossible to use.

i am returning the controller and will buy another in few days.

i was using an xbox series controller but my brother wanted it back so i had to purchase a new one, it seems like i should do better research before buying anything because for the price i got my cx550 there were better PSUs at similar price range from other reputable brands.

Even in very well served markets it can be hard. Two products pulled of the shelf together can have a large amount of different internal components.

Hope you find something that works well for you. Prices are outrageous for official controllers designed around consoles with lower performance capabilities than PC.

as others said, the big companies can get away with charging lots of money for their controllers... because they just work. same reason why i shelled out money for logitech many many years back. had to do a lot of money saving lol
