hello! my problem is that I have csgo, let's say I have 700 fps, but if I limit it to 500, then it drops to 437-440 no matter what I do, it will drop even if I bring it to 300, even if I bring it to 600, even if unlimited, then I have the 700 fps, but sometimes if I lock it down to 400, it drops, or to 360, then to 333 fps, G-sync and Dyac+ are turned off, could it be a mouse error?
I feel as if the game is delayed :D is if when I use the mouse, the fps drops.. :(

Have you tryed the same thing in other games ?

Does it go down forever, or just to a x value over time. If it continually drops to zero, you have a problem. If it only drops say 30-50 fps (from 500), I would say it's CPu and or GPU temps related.

As we told you in the other thread, CS:GO is a multiplayer dynamic game.

The performance is also dynamic and can jump up and down from 100 to 600 according to what happens in the game.

In some maps, the fps jumps more than others. It is not a problem and everyone is having it.

And why do I have input lag?

And why do I have input lag?

Reset your CS:GO config and video settings.

Limit FPS to 400.

Turn V-Sync, G-Sync OFF.

Set fixed refresh rate and force it to the highest from NVCP.

Make sure your monitor is set to 1ms from the OSD.

Ensure mouse is set to 1000hz and is plugged a rear USB port. Try to switch between USB 2 or 3 ports.

Set Windows power profile to high performance.

Make sure your motherboard BIOS is updated and optimized profile is set.

Try to disable power saving features from the BIOS like C-states and such.

If nothing helps, upload a 60-fps video of that "input lag" so we can verify its for real.

I have already tried these

I have already tried these
60 hz very very stuttering..
In OBS look: it doesn't look like it's quite choppy : https://streamable.com/zkc2e0

I record phone if you see more: https://streamable.com/2voq58

What's your Windows version ?
Did you try to remove core parking and check if you still have a weird behavior ?
Run perfmon.exe /res and check if you have parked cores. (On the right, scroll down and check the cores).

I don't think those registry keys exist on Windows 11 only so you can try :
Open regedit, go there : Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings, right click the PowerSettings folder and search for dec35c318583.
Change ValueMax & ValueMin to 100 (decimal). (Yeah for my AMD processor I have to put them to 100 and not 0 so it's the contraty of what you can find online).

Reboot then run perfmon.exe /res and check if you have parked cores.
If you still have parked cores, put ValueMax & ValueMin to 0, reboot and check again with perfmon.exe /res.

Okes tired
I tried these now, if 0&0 if 100&100 nothing has changed...
If I don't really care where I should look, it's the same. as when 0 & 0 val

Well, on the right, when you scroll down from CPU 0 to CPU 15, if you see you don't have any core parked while idle, then you're good.
Core parking tends to higher the CPU latency so I thought this could be the culprit.

Anyway, I think there is something with the process or there are threads about it, because if I turn off "multicore rendering" in the settings, for example, it can feel better, or if I start the game with 8 instead of 16 threads, or if alt + tab and in the game, then a 1 is better -for 2 seconds, or when I reduce the fps to 60 and back to unlimited or 400 or 500, the game is smooth for 1-2 seconds
