I greet you all again with a serious dilemma...

Is there a game that is like EVE Online and fractured space, but allowing you to make your ships from scratch??
I've heard of kinetic void, space engineers, Star citizen, and starmade...Any help is appreciated

If you haven't revisited Space Engineers, you should. Game is finally actually decent to play now.

From the Depths is similar to Space Engineers but focuses on sea combat more than space. Might be worth looking in to. It's got shields, missiles, torpedoes, cannons, countermeasures, etc. It's a very combat-oriented game. That said, I haven't played it in a long time. I'm waiting for them to introduce nuclear engines before I revisit it.

I have played it before, Any other games you know of that are like it but not so "blocky based"?

You might look at Empyrion for a less blocky survival crafter experience.

Rodina is supposed to get a lot more exterior ship customization and is a pretty awesome indie title.

RTS-wise, Star Ruler 2 is one of the best ship design wise of you like making your own designs....BUT it does not affect the ships visual model. If you can get past that...totally worth it.

SPAZ2 is kinda like SPAZ + Rebel Galaxy. Its ship design element was pretty neat last I'd tried it out.

You might also look at Evochron Legacy of you want more space sim, and some weapon crafting and able to spec out each major part of the ship stat wise and visually. Hulls, wings, engines, weapons, etc. Doesn't keep up in the graphics department but really kicks ass everywhere else.

Aurora, where you first have to research basic technologies (reactors), then engines based on those technologies, then create design projects and research them and then finally create a missile. Repeat for other components m. No graphics though, but the ship design and combat is quite detailed.

StarMade lets you do that, but I don't recommend you play it.

Kerbal Space Program...Build your own space ship step by step and try get to the mun (moon)
Great Physics ,Build your dream ship :)
