Hey guys my sister has an Acer Predator Helios laptop, a Predator Helios 300 PH315-52-79VM, which has the following config:
  • CPU: Core i7 9750H 6C/12T
  • 16GB DDR4 2666 MT/s
  • 1x SSD Samsung PM981 256GB (Secondary)
  • 1x SSD Rocket 4 Plus 1TB (OS)
  • 1x HD 1TB 5400 RPM (Backup)
  • RTX 2060 6GB
Everytime she has a file opened and tries to open the print section, there is an option called "visualize" where you can change the size and type of paper, usually she works with A1 or A0 but everytime she clicks visualize, the file starts being rendered in the A1 and A0 and then a BSOD claiming to be a CDD.DLL error.

Things i've tried
  • Using DDU on both the RTX 2060 and Intel HD Graphics
  • Changing Revit to use either the RTX or Intel HD Graphics as a GPU processor
  • Reinstalling Revit or even older versions of redit
  • Using others PDF tools that are compatible with autodesk
