I prefer if they have this LED where I can see the letters in the dark too.

here is a List which I have in Mind.

Steelseries 6Gv2 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard = 121.39$
Steelseries 7G Mechanical Gaming Keyboard = 159.30$
Thermaltake Tt esports Meka G1 Gamiing Mechanical Keyboard = 116.27
Thermaltake Tt esports Meka G1 Combat White Mechanical Keyboard = 120.93$
Corsair Vengeance K90 Performance MMO Mechanical Gaming Keyboard = 141.86$
Corsair Vengeance K60 Performance FPS Mechanical Gaming Keyboard = 118.60$

this one I'm not sure if they are mechanical or not

Logitech illuminated Keyboard (K800) = 93.02$
Logitech Gaming Keyboard (G110) = 74.41$
Logitech Gaming Keyboard (G13) = 82.55$
Logitech Gaming Keyboard (G15) = 92.09$
Logitech Gaming Keyboard (G19) = 186.04$
Steelseries Merc Stealth Gaming Keyboard = 100$
Steelseries Shift Gaming Keyboard = 111.23$

these are the available keyboards on my local store.

+1 points if they have those shiny lights so I can see keys in the dark.
+5 If it's Mechanical Keyboard
+2 If they are good either way, like are those other non mechanical or so I think good for their price?

I can afford any of them but have trouble on choosing.
Steelseries Merc Stealth caught my attention but it seems like it's not a Mechanical keyboard.

I used to always buy these 3.48$ cheap keyboard that gets busted every 6 months. and sometimes every 8 months if it's a good quality. it's cheap and doesn't make much sound. and finally want to make an investment on keyboard.

extra: are sennheiser great headset? was thinking of grabbing some cheap ones on cd-r king for 3.48$ (most stuff there are 3.48$) it's cheap quality and it suck but does the job. but somewhat those gaming headset is drawing me in. how about steel series?

list of available at least sound decent headset.

-Sennheiser
-Steelseries
-Roccat
-Razer (been hearing bad stuff from these brands on all item not sure If I want to even consider buying some)
-creative
-Thermaltake
-Logitech G35 Surround Sound 7.1 by Dolby® (this specific Logitech product)

looking at great sound quality and those I can use with teamspeak on bf3 and such.

All the Logitech KBs are not mechanical, and the SS Shift and Merc are not mechanical either. I would avoid G110, there are NKRO problems with that keyboard. Out of the list, Vengeance K60 gets my vote.

Sennheiser is ok, but there are many fakes out there to trip people. Expensive ones like PC350 and PC360 are really popular, and I think that popularity is somewhat justified. Haven't tried their cheaper ones. Steelseries makes good value for money earphones, Siberia V2 is my starting point whenever recommending headsets. Never tried Roccat, Razer or Tt. G35 is not too bad, but I would go for PC350/360 at that price point. Creative makes ok earphones, but people complains about build quality etc, I personally havent come across it yet.

I would personally recommend Headphone+Mic combo rather than Headset, its a bit more iffy to setup but you will get more value for money through that setup.

thank you for the fast response, I'll take your advice into consideration. anyone else got more ideas? still got a few days before I lay my cash on the stores wallet.
