Fill out system specs as thoroughly as you can. Asking about what part causes issues without listing your hardware is useless.

I would agree with above that the first culprit in such cases is usually RAM being unstable and trying out at base JEDEC speeds won’t hurt. But it really is all conjecture unless we actually know what’s in your PC.

sorry,
here is my spec
Ryzen 9 5900x
Nvidia geforce 3080ti
RPG STRIX X570-E Gaming
Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus
ADATA SX8200PNP
GSkill Trident Z Neo 16gbx2

my 2TB kingston NV2 is connect to my motherboard PCIE express slot using
"UGREEN 32Gbps M.2 NVME to PCIE Express 3.0 x4 Adapter Card Support M2 Key Solid State Drive 4TB Type 2280 2260 2242 2230 Converter to Desktop PCI Express Computer Expansion Cards "

i believe i found what causing the BSOD
even though my game was not install in the NVME that connect via "UGREEN 32Gbps M.2 NVME to PCIE Express 3.0 x4 Adapter Card Support M2 Key Solid State Drive 4TB Type 2280 2260 2242 2230 Converter to Desktop PCI Express Computer Expansion Cards " somehow it still trigger the BSOD on certain game as some game work totally fine as long as it is not from the issue NVME
now i have totally remove the Expansion cards along with the NVME, i leave my game open idle for few hours and did crash anymore
will have to monitor further
this expansion been using more than 5 years and only start having random BSOD like 5 months ago

Welcome to electronics, some last centuries, some fail right as you turn it on.

someone decipher the error code and indeed cause by KINGSTON SNV2S20 SSD

Any particular reason your Kingston NV2 isn't attached to one of your motherboard's m.2 slots? It has 3 slots, doesn't it?

Ryzen 9 5900x
As soon as I saw these two together I was worried for you. I had WHEA related hard crashes with my 5900X and ultimately had it RMA'd.

It would seem SO random but one game did it every damn time - Risk Of Rain 2.

I'd tried;
  • A different mobo
  • different RAM
  • different PSU
  • BIOS updates
  • Software / windows updates
  • Various tweaking in BIOS like PBO/Curve editor and plain old 'give it more voltage' and others
And even more that escapes me right now, damn thing brought me to my wits end over the course of 12-18 months before an RMA was finally accepted by my retailer.

I can't say for sure, but it's possible your 5900X suffers the same defect that causes this and nothing will fix your particular example, and you'll need to RMA it too.

Silver lining - if the RMA is accepted nab a 5700X3d or 5800X3D and enjoy the gaming upgrade.

Isn’t monster hunter wilds still beta

A lot of BSOD's I've come across, have been heat related.

Is your system getting enough air to remove excess heat? Fan's are all working, entry and exit points for the air are not blocked?

@Harlow
any memtest with numbers behind it are useless for anything but defective chips. using something like TM5 or HCI is much better,
as they will catch many problems memtest86/+ etc will never find, so you're either wasting time (having to use different tool for another round of testing),
or might be in the believe the system is ok, when its not, as many times i have seen memtest passing all tests, while HCI/TM5 would show errors in 5-20 min of starting the tests.
