Long story short I think I should be getting much better FPS. Here's my build:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Motherboard: ASRock B450 Steel Legend
CPU Cooler: Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Super
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600 C18 2x8GB
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo NVMe PCIe M.2 500GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
PSU: Corsair RM750X

Here's my UserBenchmark. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/36295050

In game I'm getting between 85-110 fps (completely varies up and down all game), shouldn't I be getting much more with my specs?

I'm running the game in max settings for the most part. Attached are screenshots of my in game graphics settings and my advanced display settings.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Here's a clip of what my FPS looks like in game.

Have you done the VRAM usage fix for Warzone ?

Warzone doesn't work that great with Ryzen 2nd gen, with Ryzen 3rd gen you will get much better performance.
