my motherboard is gigabyte 78 lmt usb3.. it has two motherboard header fans.. the cpu fan has fan control.. but the second fan header dosent seem to have any fan control.. when i plug a fan there, which is normally the exhaust fan and run prime 95 the speed of the fan dosent increase... plz help is the second fan header faulty.. i have smart fan control enabled but still that header dosent have fan control..

Enable it here in the BIOS:
It will most likely need to be a 4-pin PWM fan if it is indeed enabled though. Running a 3-pin fan (voltage control) on a 4-pin fan connection (PWM control) sometimes doesn't work. It will usually just spin at max RPM all the time.
