Gigabyte 965P-DQ6 beep on shutdown

When I shut down Windows XP My DQ6 motherboard (rev 3.3) beeps once at the same time the HD and power LEDs switch off at power down. Anyone elses do this and is it normal?
 
I have a revision 1 dq6 and its never done that. I've heard beeps at start up, like when I fried a ram module. Ilooked in the back of the owners manuel under beep codes. Did you try that?
 
The manual has nothing about beeps on shutdown. Gigabyte tech support doesn't know what it is either. It's like maybe a spike of voltage on the speaker pins when the system shuts down or something.
 
Giga tech support leaves alot to be desired. Are you ocing?
 
No overclock, its just a new system I've put together running at stock settings. I guess the beep on shutdown is nothing serious, the system starts up and runs perfectly.
