[Gigabyte Z790 UD AC]System Fans disappear after computer sleeps (also some fans randomly don't appear on reboot)

Hope I'm not wasting anyone's time asking about this issue, as it could just be that my fans are old and need replacing... but I hope it's a simple fix I'm just not aware of.

After sleeping the computer the CPU temp sensor seems to bug out in the gigabyte motherboard software, and then I lose control of the fans... They still work, I can feel the airflow from each (except the front intake fan, that one could be shot... but I also can't check it without opening the case because of the way the front of the case is made). I've tried using Fan Control, but it still seems to lose the CPU and 3 case fan sensors after the computer sleeps.

Then there's the thing about only the brand new top intake fan I installed showing up every time I boot... Fan 3 and Fan 4 (read exhaust and front intake) randomly don't appear at all on reboot (checking via Fan Control and HWMonitor). They've been installed in this old case for around 5 or 6 years now (the front and rear exhaust fans), everything else is brand new (except the case heh).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Is there a cheap good quality fan I should replace the 2 non-functioning fans with? Should I not even bother with this case since there is only space for one front and one rear case fan (and 3 top). I checked and there's really no way I'm getting any more fans in the front or rear, case is so old it has spaces for IDE drives rofl (surprised it has the bottom loaded PSU). Unfortunately the founders GPU runs crazy hot (they keep saying it's normal for it to get to 104C lol... and repasting the problem area would void the warranty).

Thank you!
