Hey guys!

Got myself a fancy Redmi Pro tablet and I've been wondering about some controller options. Currently I'm using my trusty PS3 controller with a USB-C to USB-A adapter and the cable is killing the vibe a bit for me
Is anyone using a good, off brand controller or is the only real way to go a PS4 controller(I'm scared of drift tho)?
I don't like the Xbox controller layout so that's out of the question.

I will mostly be playing GRID Autosport (any suggestions for good similar racing games?) and emulating PSP, PS2 and some older Windows titles.
The only important thing is that the triggers and sticks are analogue (gas, brake and steering).

This is the current "travel" setup:

Thanks! :toast:

Edit: WHERE THE HELL IS THE TPU ANDROID APP???

XBox one or PS4/PS5 controller?
Most work out of the box with windows and android (except for some features like audio i/o and touchpad).
Personally I'm using XBone controller with everything, and so far no drift and no issues (but I use it rarely).
PS4 controllers tend to drift much sooner, and I wouldn't risk getting an offbrand gamepad, unless it's something with hall sensor gimballs )))
Had really bad experience wasting lots of money on Steelseries Stratus XL back when it came out. Ended up being a pile of overhyped s@#$t. Sticks started to drift less than a month into use, but not "bad enough" to be accepted for warranty repair. Fixed it myself, used it for another few months only to get bad triggers. Fixed those as well, and just when my 12mo warranty expired - bluetooth died....

Been using a Xbox One S controller for ~8 years with PC and no issues. Should work as fine too with iOS and Android.

Thanks for trhe replies guys. Since I don't like the way sticks are positioned on the XB controller, I guess the only real way forward is to get a PS4 controller. PS5 ones are notoriously shite (my friend is on his 3rd in 2 years and he games maybe 2hrs/week).

It's a shame I can't use my DS3 on Android, bluetooth works flawlessly on Windows. I have 2 OG PS3 controllers that I have connected to my PC, both still work great after 15 years, I only changed the sticks because the rubber part wore out. Still 0 drift and original batteries (that last >8 hours if you have vibration set to off).

Unless someone writes a driver for the DS3 on Android....... :respect:
