Hello! i would like to ask what makes the 05C5 diffrent to other versions? like 05A5
 
By that I presume you mean the subsystem ID? Probably different hardware revisions. You don't need to worry about it when purchasing a card, although, unless you can get one exceptionally cheap there are tons better cards than a 5600 XT to buy
