Gpu crashes when trying to load driver

Hello everyone. Today i've built a pc from scrap parts, and it is working fine minus the video card. The gpu is a Gainward 8500GT 256MB. It does have picture if i start the system (its fine in the bios and through post also) without the nvidia driver (nomodesetting), but when i try to load the driver it crashes instantly, pic below. It's not os related, i tried it with win10, it works fine in recovery mode, but when i try to install the driver it crashes the same way. I reflashed the bios on the card, and it did not fix the problem. Could it be power delivery problem (maybe mosfets fried?), Or vram related? I should mention it is a silent card and it gets hot.

That card is shot, bin it and move on

When a card crashes with the driver installed its a telltale sign of hardware failure
Trust me by the time you repair it youd have a superior card.

So dont waste time.

Its not about having a better card, its about using what i have and i dont know why its crashing like this. This isnt my main pc

Hardware fault typically ram, as i said before, r2 and move on.

Hardware fault as i said before
:/ Its a shame, because it seems fixable. I have another 8500gt, that one is straight dead, like 1long 2short dead, the caps are bulging on it. Anyways i will try to rework the card with hot air, i cant break it more

If you want the card fixed you need to learn how to use a multimeter.

I will give you a link to someone who does card repairs however Id only repair cards that are like a 8800/ GTX 780, R9 290 etc

Also putting a driver on the card to ramp the clocks to the correct clock speed is putting a load on it that it cannot handle, typicall ram is at fault but the die can be as well.

Thanks, i know how to use multimeter. I'll just go over the card with hot air

Review the yourube channel, he might be able to help you find the fault.
