My gpu has been acting strange lately and its the fans. One is when my pc is shut down for a long time and i boot it up, fans tries to spin and stops. I checked at GPU-Z and HWMonitor if its at 0 rpm but instead, its showing 100+rpm and its not even automatic, by that, whenever i launch a game, the fan won't still spin at any temp unless i change its fan speed like 70%-80% thru afterburner or the amd wattman thing and i dont even know if its a false reading. Second is when i turn of my pc for a short time like 3- 5 mins, fans will start to spin in like a minute, weird right. IDK rly know whats the problem, im thinking its a driver problem because fans are working fine if i change its speed and IDK even know if its a feature too since im quite new to how gpu works now a days. I also tried reinstalling the drivers to the latest version with DDU, nothing happened. pls help
