I have a Lenovo H50 PC https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16883798516
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home System
Manufacturer: Lenovo
System Model: 90BG0022US X64-based
PC Processor: AMD A8-7600 Radeon R7 10 Compute CoRES 4c+6g 3100 Mhz 2 Cores
Bios Version: LENOVO IRKT38AEUS , 10/9/2014

I tried everything, uninstalled old graphics card, tried different HDMI and VGA cables and monitors. The 6-pin cable is hooked up to the PSU. PSU is 400W, enough to run a gtx 750 ti. The GPU is running, fans are spinning, but it will not display on the monitor no matter which port i connect the monitor cable to. Tried a different PSU, different monitor and Changing bios on-board to the GPU. I'm not sure if the Lenovo H50 PC is compatible with the GTX 750 TI

Here is where I bought it (Buyer removed his post last time I checked but different seller with the same GPU) http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-NVIDIA-...302097683780?ssPageName=ADME:X:RRIRTB:US:3160

Not sure if its my motherboard or the GPU itself but the GPU was running, just not displaying on any monitor, so it might be a dud GPU. I do not know which motherboard a Lenovo H50 is but the PC is about 5 years old. GPU is hooked to the monitor, checked bios and changed the display to the gpu. Is it the GPU with the problem, or is it simply not compatible with my motherboard of the Lenovo h50 pc.

you might need to change the bios settings to show PCI-E as main display.

ok only way to check now I guess is try on a different computer. maybe friend computer?

Does Device Manager list the GTX 750 TI under Display Adapters?

Can you take a couple pictures of what all the connections to the GPU and Mobo look like? Also it looks like your model has a VGA out on the mobo, can you use that port to hookup your monitor and check Device Manager?

just checked on another pc, doesnt seem to display there either, is the card busted?
Dang well sounds like it's broken unless there is some power cable you're not hooking up, but probably just a dead card :(

yes i did check again, monitor was hooked up to the mobo, device manager did not list a nvidia gtx 750, guess thats why you dont buy refurbished cheap gpu's off ebay :)

You might need a bios update for that motherboard. Normally in situations where no display I normally take mobo out with psu and put mobo on a non metallic surface with pci e slots on edge so the card will sit right in the slot. Basically after board and psu are out of case insert the gpu fully and squared in the slot. Hook up psu to all power connections on mobo and gpu. Hook up atleast a keyboard and monitor. Do a bios reset and then try to boot. If monitor turns on you have a seating problem.

Was it by chance an off-brand card? Those are the only one's I have problems with. I've purchased refurbished cards many times before and they are usually just as good as new. Just return the card as not working and get your money back.

I've been noticing these threads popping up as of late. It seems like every couple years these scum bag sellers pop up and take advantage of people, Who either don't know better, or who are just trying to save a dollar. It's disgusting

i did try a bios update, still did not boot. Yes, the GTX 750 Ti I bought stated by okidna was exactly or quite similar to the one I bought. Instructions were just some png images pasted onto there with poorly written instructions.

take the card out of the case, take pictures of the box it came in (if original) Take pictures of all white stickers on back of the card. and post them here
