Hello and Good time to you!
I noticed that Nvidia 1650 TI GPU is not showing in the task manger (performance section) only the AMD Ryzen GPU which is integrated with the processor is present, I went to the device manager and it displays error with my Nvidia GPU, error 43, I updated all the drivers with Nvidia Experience software however what happens is that, the device manager says after driver update that the device is working properly with no problems but the Nvidia control panel is not opening up and when I open GPU-Z software there are many parameters are not read by the software (does it mean that the device is broken) note that when I reboot the PC does not recognize it again, I have to disable an re-enable each time so the error 43 will be bypassed.
Please Help.

StefanM , thanks for the link but I did all of that but the problem still persist on my laptop, I formatted it to win 11 once and a second time to win 10 but did not workout for me !
I disabled, uninstalled the device and updated its driver, but it didn't work!
the Nvidia control Panel will not even open !

Roll back to the driver recommended by HP
You didn't mention which laptop you have, so search yourself via https://support.hp.com/

I have had an Asus laptop that only would run properly with the nvidia laptop driver downloaded from Asus.

That seems to be about 98% of them.

Did you buy this unit used?

Error43 usually means hardware failure, and since the bios is not showing any info it is possible it went kaput
