just did a re-paste and re-pad of my RTX A2000 and there's something I've always wondered what is the answer to.
I used Thermalright Extreme Odyssay pads and when I open them one side has this super soft blue hex-patterned film:
and the other side, much harder transparent film. Which side goes to the cooler and which side to the memory chips? I've also had pads with transparent film only, but one softer and the other much harder, so clearly there is a pattern?
All done and ready for a fight
