Seem be four options for Windforce 3GB in TPU Video BIOS collection.

I guess the "86.06.59.00.69" is the latest. (otoh, I do not know if any dfference WF2OC vs. 2X CN).

Well, the core clocks are a bit higher, but that should not be a problem, depends in what state the card is in...

ah yes, base clock 2X CN, 1531 -> 1557 MHz@windforce, rest looks the same.
I used this bios
The vbios is ok because when i flashed it it atchually recognize the bios
