Gpu usage only 75%

intel i5 6400

i only get 65-75 usage in online games is that normal?
well in gtaV i get 85-100% not full 100% though

Unless you're hitting the game's max fps or using VSync it shouldn't happen. In what games does this happen? Are those your max GPU temps?

it's normal if the games aren't fully taxing the card or your bottlenecking elsewhere. Does that screenshot say 97 degrees on the cpu?

i get max 60 fps in a normal dungeon. but outside town i get 15-30 fps only. anyway yep thats my max gpu temp when playing online games.

thats 37% mate hehe. my max cpu temp is 42% when playing games.

getting some slutter graphics sometimes also. it drops 10-18 fps. kinda wierd. or its the game problem itself?

Because GTA 5 is a very demanding game that works properly and that "online game" is not. Which game is it? For now I'd say the game is the problem, yes.
