GPU-Z and 43 Error

Have a old Palit GTX560.
Windows is not start device with 43 code
GPU-Z does not see videomemory and clock

Ihis is a gpu problem or drivers?
 
Due to code 43 no driver loads, so it can't ask the driver for some values like clocks and memory size.

When you fix code 43, everything should display correctly.
