GPU Z log file for MSI RTX 3050 8 GB freezing and restart problem

Hi everyone,

I've been encountering a frustrating issue with my RTX 3050. While gaming or running benchmarks, my PC will freeze or restart after approximately 10 minutes. I've been using GPU-Z to monitor my system and have a log file. its all numbers and i cant understand anything in it and I'm hoping someone can help me analyze the log file and determine the possible cause of this problem.

Here are my PC specs:

CPU: Intel 10th Gen i5-10400
RAM: 32 GB DDR4 2666 MHz
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME H470-PLUS
PSU: Corsair Cv650
GPU: MSI RTX 3050 8 GB
OS: WINDOWS 10

Looks like your GPU voltage plummets randomly right before the machine crashes, though that could be the crash itself before lockup.

wow thanks a lot for your reply my pc works fine but this thing hapns only whne i play games or run bench marks do you think its a PSU problem or a GPU problem?

Lets take a look at more voltage metrics then.

Looks like they really have no problem. At least values wise, the fluctuations all appear in order. However we don't see a significant drop off before the GPU finally gives up. Its possible its the power reading and it just isnt logging in time, your talking ms vs S. Its hard to really say with just gpu-z logs and im no expert in diving them; but if I had to take the data at face value, I would say this GPU is giving up.

My guess is the voltage drop is the driver crashing before machine lockup.

thanks again for your time and reply and when i play old games like not that much GPU demanding games no issue even when i run bench mark with very low seetings no issue Superposition Benchmark is the on ei use but when i set setting hig it happns the card works fine before and had no issue
 
Yeah makes sense it might be a GPU problem then.

You could try isolating it. Instead of running a benchmark or a game that loads both the GPU and CPU; go download OCCT and just do a GPU test to see if it happens. You could also maybe borrow a similar GPU to put in the system to see if it happens again.

i tested with OCCT 3d ADPATIVE Configration Extreem and the PC crashed and restarted
