Gpu-z log leaving some blank information.Bug?

In future you can post log contents using the forum's

elements.

My guess would be that the GPU driver had a temporary blip/drop-out in which it failed to report any voltage/power info, or reported nonsensical values. Details of the GPU you're using, driver version, etc. (screenshot of the "Graphics Card" tab of GPU-Z) as well as operating system and version, would be quite helpful.

This can happen sometimes when there's a failure reading the data from the driver or the hardware

So it's nothing to really worry about on my end?

bdw 1.1 on the PCIe is because the PC was rested when I took the picture. When playing a game it goes to a static 3.0

Nothing to worry about. Are you running any other monitoring tools at the same time by any chance?

No.I generally only use 1 tool at a time when I monitor stuff (gpu-z/msi afterburner)
The only things I had running in the background was a chrome tab with a stream up,discord and steam when I took that log with gpu-z (and the game ofc)
I do have MSI afterburner installed but It wasn't running when I took the gpu-z log (use it very occasionally to look up some paramiters in games)
I also had hwinfo installed at one point but I uninstalled it a week ago before I took the gpu-z log.

Also. Thanks for the peace of mind.

MSI AfterBurner uses a low-level driver too!

I am not sure, but could be the low-level driver runs at all times, even if MSI AfterBurner is not currently running.
I could be wrong, please someone correct me if wrong.
