[GPU-Z Test Build] Fix for non-Kepler OCs getting doubled

This should fix the problem of GPU-Z 0.6.5, which causes GTX 400 and GTX 500 overclocks to be doubled.

I'd just like to point out that the G92 seems to be affected too, but this new build fixed it regardless.

Also, you may want to edit the link in the release thread for 0.6.5 to redirect to this build... unless it isn't official yet.

Edit: Oh, I'd also like to add that my 8800GT does still support PhysX

Good catch. My underclocked GTS 250 says -5 MHz with 0.6.5. This build fixes it.
