hi there,

i got 2x AMD RX 480 8 GB Cards.
GPU z shows only the memory usage of the 1st gpu,
but not of the second.

Can it be that GPU z is adding both GPU memories
and showing it only in the GPU1 as a summary?

kind regards

Do you use AMD CrossFire? If so, that is likely the reason.

No idea then. @W1zzard, any comments, please?

@whatever4d, can you send screenshots of main GPU-Z tab for the 2 cards?

oh my dear, now i see that crossfire is enabled.
i thought i had to connect them physically with a cable to enable crossfire,
like it was in the past with nvidia SLI.

I think these days the connection for crossfire is made through the northbridge chipset

Yes it is since there is no CF cables to mess with now

Nope.
Yes, AMD Radeon 400 series is the most recent, but many users (including myself) still use 2xx and 3xx series cards. :)

I understand the idea was that the OP has the RX400 series so I was talking about his situation
